Scott decided he would learn Chinese to become a better business man.  While he was working in China he met Yali.  Let’s just say for the last few years he’s had many reasons to practice the Chinese language!  Scott and Yali’s ceremony was held at St. Francis Assisi.  Sarah P. Duke Gardens is where we did the majority of their pictures.  The gardens are amazing and have so many beautiful spaces!  My favorite was the bridge you see above.  That evening we gathered in downtown Raleigh at the Sheraton for the reception, but not before we shot more urban photos on the iconic Fayetteville Street with the NC state capital in the background.  Their reception was very lively with a mixture of Chinese and America traditions.
