When I say Will Beacham and Misty Brockell’s wedding day was the best day ever, I’m not just saying for them! It was so much fun to photograph because EVERYONE was having a blast! Misty and Will’s enthusiastic attitudes are contagious! They had their wedding party laughing and their guests celebrating right along with them.
Will and Misty’s wedding hashtag is #MeantToBEacham. It could NOT be more true! Seeing them read each other love letters around a corner before the ceremony, watching them wash each others feet, photographing them dancing in the field, and singing along as they busted moves to “Love Is An Open Door” for their first dance. There is NO doubt in my mind they are meant to be. Of course, they knew that long ago. They are high school sweethearts and got married on their 8 year dating anniversary!
Misty called me a few weeks back with the news that the whole setting of their wedding would need to change. They recovered quickly and had the most beautiful setting for their ceremony and reception, Jerry Bruce’s pond. We were still able to preserve some of the original plans by having their pre-ceremony photos done at the original site, Will’s family’s land. I hope these images are a testament of how God works in the smallest and largest details!
