It was so fun to meet Cara and Talon Tuesday!  We’ve chatted on the phone and through email so it’s always exciting to finally meet my sweet couples and photograph them!  Cara and Talon are just cool.  They were up for anything and so fun to get to know.  We walked through Falls Park and all around downtown to chase the glowy light.

Cara loves Disney World.  If she could go anywhere anytime, it would be Disney.  I totally understand, it is pretty magical!  Talon proposed to Cara right in the middle of Disney World at Magic Kingdom with Cinderella’s castle in the background.  He even arranged for the photographer to snag pictures of them!  I imagine, years from now, when they take their kids to Disney they’ll tell their proposal story and take a family picture in that same spot.

An engagement can be pretty crazy for couples with wedding planning, house hunting, and normal life demands.  I’m so happy these two took the time to be photographed.  It helps so much for them to be comfortable in front of the camera and excited about their LOVE.  This spills over into making their wedding day and wedding photography the best ever!  I can’t wait for them to get married next May at The Westin Poinsett!  It’s going to be amazing, especially with Amanda Cox Weddings by their side!

Cara and Talon went ring shopping together.  Talon gathered all Cara’s likes and surprised her with this stunning, timeless solitaire!
