I’m so excited to introduce Michael and Katie on my blog!  Jeff, Michael, and I have known each other for years!  Back, when we had a spare bedroom we could totally count on Michael to fill it on a school holiday.  We always had great conversation in the kitchen over dinner or on a random late night.  Michael is a man of character, with a heart for Christ!  We were very sad when Michael moved away to Florida for Physical Therapy school, but he’s done a phenomenal job at keeping at touch.  We definitely take notes from him because I think we can all agree that keeping in touch is just hard!

It wasn’t too long after school started that we began hearing about a classmate named Katie from Virginia.  I’m so excited to say that Michael has met his match.  Katie is a beautiful, sweet woman and also has a heart for Christ.  It has been amazing to catch a glimpse of their relationship in the times we have video chatted and visited in person.  Their hearts are in the right place for a God-honoring marriage!  I can’t wait to see them become husband and wife in May in Virginia!

You would never guess these two piled into their car Thursday at 9pm to drive from Miami to Greer!  They stopped by for lunch on Friday before celebrating Easter with Michael’s family.  We had the best Spring weather, so we hopped outside for a few photos!  I get teary eyed looking at these images and thinking of the pure joy their wedding day and marriage will be filled with!
