Meghan and Jackson fell in love in eighth grade keyboarding class.  They’ve dated all along, even through different colleges!  Jackson proposed in downtown Greenville just blocks away from where they would say I Do.  I remember talking with Meghan about possible wedding dates, maybe March.  One in April, then one in May.  It was a hard decision, but they moved forward with May 9!  Less than two months before their big day, well, you know the story by now.  Everything shut down, businesses closed, schools went virtual, dream weddings were postponed and replanned.  It’s all a little crazy to have covid as part of the story.

  Meghan has always loved Autumn so she was excited to reimagine her wedding with the romantic, rustic aesthetic of the season. Eventually, their second big day came!

Meghan and Jackson chose to have a First Look on the riverwalk before their ceremony.  Jackson was *almost* speechless.  After the moment sunk in, he said he felt like he just won the super bowl.  It is safe to say these feelings surrounded them the rest of the day.  They were able to soak in each moment together, have fun with their friends, hug family, and celebrate!

The sweetest moment was as Meghan and her father were ready to come down the aisle.  All it took for Jackson was the music changing and everyone standing for Meghan to enter.  You’ll see his reaction as you scroll.  He was choked up and I could tell Meghan’s father was feeling the moment too (just like the rest of us)!

Their day was truly so much fun to be a part of!!  I’m endlessly grateful for Meghan, Jackson and their families for showing me such kindness as we shared these moments.

I can only imagine how many notes they have written to each other over the years.
