Ashley and Laramie were married August 8 at South Wind Ranch!!  Their wedding day will filled to the brim with meaningful moments and all their special people!

When I arrived to South Wind’s fabulous bridal cabin Ashley was getting her final touches of makeup and hair.  Bridesmaids and family were stirring around with final preparations.  The ceremony and reception areas were being transformed to Ashley’s vision with floral design.  Wedding days are always so excited because everything a bride (and mother of the bride) have planned come to life!

Ashley and Laramie decided to do a First Look with each other!  They wrote their vows to each other and read them together.  It was such a personal, intimate moment.  I definitely was shooting through blurry, teary eyes.  I love that they have these moments are captured in video, audio, photo, and their words are forever handwritten in their custom designed vow books!

Their 6pm ceremony was stunning and guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the shade afterwards while we finished family portraits!  For dinner, guests enjoyed Laurenda’s delicious meal and an air conditioned barn!  Yaaay!!  Cake, dancing, toasts and celebration stretched through the night with a sparkler send off for the newlyweds.

It’s always exciting when florists are generous with their stems for bridal detail photos.  These were all styled while Ashley was finishing up make up!

I love this vantage point at South Wind Ranch so we used it for their First Look, then quickly found shade for them to read their vows in and the rest of their portraits.  South Wind Ranch as no shortage of amazing views and backdrops for portraits!

They are so classic!!

Their wedding party was so much FUN!  I love using the barn as a backdrop for these portraits so all the colors have an extra pop!  It’s also in the shade which really matters for August!

By the end of the night, their custom guest book was filled with wedding wishes from their family and friends!
