Fairview Baptist Church and City of Greer Cannon Centre

Downtown Greer, South Carolina

This classic wedding in City of Greer on May 11, 2024 was a sweet, tender day for Allee and Holden! Allee’s favorite flowers are peonies, so her mid-May wedding was perfectly timed for these to be in bloom! She brought me freshly bloomed peonies from her family’s garden to style into her details!

The ceremony took place at Fairview Baptist Church and the reception at the Cannon Centre of City of Greer.

Allee and I have been friends since she was in high school! I took her Senior portraits!! Jeff and I led the college ministry as she was coming through nursing school. She babysat our boys while we hosted small group, and many other connections. Allee has a heart primed to give and love. I always knew God would send her someone special! Enter Holden!  

Allee and Holden make an amazing match and were so intentional in their dating and engagement. When they first started connecting they both knew this was going to be IT. Holden said, “If we’re gonna do this, it’s gonna be forever.” Myself and their family and friends were eager to celebrate such an amazing pair!!

The bridesmaids wore fun, black dresses, bringing together the classic look of the wedding!

Allee walked the aisle of Fairview Baptist Church, the church she grew up in, with her dad who gave her away to Holden.

The couple’s portraits were done at City Park in Downtown Greer, adjacent to the Cannon Centre.

The cake cutter sported Holden’s words: “If we are gonna do this, it’s gonna be forever.”

In true Allee and Holden fashion, they did their exit of the reception but stayed later to visit and get another round of hugs and pictures with dear friends.

The couple enjoyed a private dance together after everyone cleared the reception hall. Their whole day was so so special and we were all on cloud nine for Allee and Holden!

This wedding in City of Greer was a truly special one for me! It was an honor to photograph their wedding because I’ve had the privilege of watching them grow over the years!
