Y’all remember Alyssa and BJ’s carriage ride proposal at Biltmore Estate back in August?  Well, the time has come for their Engagement Session!!  We met in downtown Greer for their portraits around the park and our little town we love so much.  Alyssa recently moved to Greer so these are extra special 🙂  We all gladly welcome her to Greer!!

When I asked BJ and Alyssa how their relationship began they talked about how they met on a ski trip back in high school.  Then reconnected later through facebook!  Alyssa told this story about how she knew BJ was the one for her!  “I knew B.J. was the one (or just plain crazy) when he agreed to come up to my hometown just 5 days after our first date, to meet my mom and to spend New Year’s with me. I figured it was worth a shot to ask him and see if he would want to since it was a 4.5 hour drive from his home. Well he met me in Greensboro to drive to my town of Pittsboro, and that was the first time I had ever missed the exit to my town since I started school. We were having such a deep and wonderful talk the whole time I forgot to give him directions!”

We are all anxiously awaiting their wedding in October!!  It will be such a fun celebration for their family and friends!!  You better believe it is going to be gorgeous and we’ll have the best food around!!
