Valerie and Hristos are such a beautiful and fun couple!!  I’m so excited to share about them and show off their Engagement Session today!  When Hristos came around the car to meet me he tripped over unlevel pavement.  He recovered well and he started our time together with laughter that carried through the rest of the session.

Here’s how their story began!  Valerie and Hristos met briefly in Greenville back in 2016.  Nothing really happened until many months later when they ran into each other all the way in New York!  She was traveling for a friend’s bachelorette weekend and He was there celebrating his birthday.  They couldn’t deny being in the same place at the same time and began talking non-stop from that day on.  A year after their first introduction they went on their first date!

How he asked:  Valerie raced down to Atlanta when she heard Hristo was sick.  She was almost to the exit for his house when Hristos called and told her to meet him at Piedmont Park.  He had some family visiting from Chicago, and he was showing them around.  Valerie got really worried because she knew he was sick and he was out in the January cold.  She finally made it to the park and met up with Hristos.  As they walked around the park they took pictures with each other then they stopped at a scenic overlook of the city.  They were beginning to take another selfie, instead Hristos got down on one knee and asked Valerie to marry him!

I truly loved my time with them and can’t wait for their wedding day in Downtown Greenville.  They’ll be married at St George Greek Orthodox Church in January of 2020!
