Downtown Spartanburg, SC Engagement Portraits

I had the pleasure of meeting with Kate over the phone back in September when we first started talking about her and Paul’s wedding photography!  The biggest thing I took away from our conversation was her gratitude for Paul.  I could hear her sincere love for him as she told me all about him.

Getting to photograph them together was such a treat for me!  They are such an iconic match and so classic.  I loved having this as a focus for their portraits.  When I first arrived in Downtown Spartanburg for their Engagement Portraits, I saw that our main location was undergoing maintenance.  I drove around the area in search of a backup plan and spring blooms.  Within a few blocks of Spartanburg’s Piedmont Club, I selected our spots!
