Don’t Wait For Daylight

My latest project was called “Don’t Wait For Daylight.”  A lot of times as a college student I don’t get free time until the sun has gone down on my day.  In order to hone my photography skills in the time that is available to me, I decided to invite my roommate and sister along for an adventure.
“A new command I give you: Love one another.  As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”  John 13:34-35
My Bokeh of the NGU intramural field
Bokeh means, The way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light.
With the right exposure time it looked like the frisbee players were ghostly figures.
It’s harder than you’d think to find a place that is completely dark.  A lot of the Upstate’s expansion has caused a good bit of light pollution.  We were lucky to find this spot and avoid street lamps.  This was done with the headlights of my suv.
